End to end complete knowledge of Back office operation of Wealth Management, Insurance, Investment, Brokerage of financial companies
Devising and Implementing the Back Office, Operation, Customer Service and CRM Strategy for the organization for Multiproduct like LI,GI,HI, MF,FD, PMS etc
Excellent knowledge of Financial Services, LI, GI, MF, Equity and PMS
Coordination with Product Companies for issuance and delivery of various Financial Products like Insurance, FD, Mutual Funds, PMS, etc.
Monitoring of day-to-day operational activities of the branches and publishing the daily dashboard.
Streamlining the Operation process.
Setting Renewal Collection target for the month and driving it.
Facilitating all the MIS related to LI issuance and renewal collection.
Cross checking of System processed commission manually-commission rates, duplicate records, TDS calculation, and cancellation of policy.
End to End CRM project management from launching, training & creating awareness.
Ensuring resolution of queries raised on customer care desk & privilege helpdesk
Handling commission related queries from field staff and CP.
